A little about Kelli Conlon, LCSW Psychotherapist

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 30 years of diverse experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, families and groups. I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from IU School of Social Work in 1998. My passion is client-centered therapy that focuses on the whole person (body, heart, mind, and soul) who is created by Love for love and made in the image and likeness of God.

I specialize in integrating Christian/Catholic Spirituality with evidenced-based psychological interventions such as Internal Family Systems(IFS) or sometimes referred to as Parts Work. IFS focuses on helping you create a mindful awareness of your internal experience, grow self-compassion and understanding, heal wounds, release burdens, significantly change patterns of behavior, increase ones connection to their internal resources, awaken true potential and deepen ones relationship with God, your inmost/core self and others.

It wasn’t until 2019, when I was introduced to Dr. Peter Malinoski and became a member of the Interior Therapist Community that I started to use Internal Family Systems in my personal life and with my clients. I am forever grateful to Dr. Peter Malinoski and the Resilient Catholic Community for sharing their many gifts and this inspiring, compassionate, and profoundly insightful approach to therapy and personal growth. I highly recommend Dr. Peter’s resources, retreats and podcasts which can be found at www.soulsandhearts.org.

When the inmost self engages with our parts and understands them, loves them, cares for them, and gives them what they need now, it is life changing.
